Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour Division has prepared a new compliance resource for
new and small businesses. The 12-page publication, “Labor Standards Information
for New and Small Businesses,” describes the major laws the division enforces
and lists DOL and other government resources available to new and small
businesses.
