ICE Raids are becoming more and more common under the current administration and thinking that your business won’t be affected is only delaying the time you have to prepare. Already, new research is showing nearly half (46%) of U.S. adults lack confidence in employers’ ability to handle immigration enforcement in a way that protects employees and follows the law. Even fewer say their employer has provided training on how to respond to situations like raids (17%) or communicated formal response plans (14%).
