Employer branding has become a hot topic in the recruiting and HR world. An “employer brand” describes an employer’s reputation as a place to work, and its employee value proposition, as opposed to the more general corporate brand reputation and value proposition it presents to its customers.
The past year has undoubtedly been a trying time for our country, and its impact can be felt on both a personal and professional level. Organizations, with urgency, will need to address a growing employee demand for safe, inclusive work environments and opportunities that will allow them to advance on their own terms.
